It's unbieveliable how bad life can throw you off.
Wow… it’s crazy how long its been. So much has happened in the past few months! I just don’t know where to begin. I had been doing so well with this journey up until April. What are everyone’s thoughts on the Master Cleanse. I recently hit a plateau and got into some bad eating habits and I feel unbelievably disgusting and sloggish! Would it be wise to give it a go?

20 pounds lost but no proof...
So since I started in January… I’ve lost a total of 20 pounds. I started at 245 and I hit 225 on Monday. I’m really happy about the numbers on the scale… I just have NO EVIDENCE of 20 pounds lost… I just don’t see it. Why is that? Twenty is a pretty decent number to begin to see results. Am I doing some wrong?!

1 month down... A lifetime to go!

Here’s a cool way to get you water in everyday! The attraction between water and I is so strong when its in a cute bottle! I love, Love, LOVE the cute plastic bottles at Victoria Secrets as well as Target! I have one from VS and honesty its the best! I drink anywhere from 2-4 bottles a day! So, go out and get’cha one! :D
